Grapes are grown in high elevations of 3,000'ft within the northern Mayacamus Mountain range. The soil is of rich volcanic red clay known to produce lush and aromatic rich premium grapes.

Tasting notes: This wine presents with hints of blackberry allspices, lavender and floral notes on the nose. Intense flavors of boysenberry, cedar, cloves and dark chocolate on the palate are followed by supple tannins and cappuccino finish.
