Our 2010 Vintage of the Red Hills ‘Monk Red’ Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Picked at 3,000' elevation.
This wine has a rich fruit-forward elegance with well balanced tannins. The nose presents with hints of huckleberry, toasted almonds, hints of mineralogy and allspices. The palate opens up to delicious notes of dark plum, huckleberry and soft round tannins weaving through the intense core of berries. The finish is long with soft tannins and notes of sweet spices and fruit.
